Can I order Nutripop products outside Nairobi?
We primarily serve Nairobi. If you are outside the city, email info@nutripop.co.ke and the team will let you know what is possible for your area.
What makes Nutripop spices different from supermarket spices?
Our spices are sourced directly from growers, dried using traditional methods and ground in small batches, helping preserve the aroma and flavour released when you open the seal.
How should I store spices and teas to keep them fresh?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally in a sealed container. This protects their natural aromatics for longer.
Is Nutripop tea loose-leaf or in tea bags?
Our botanical teas are sustainably sourced and small-batch packed for a full-bodied brew. Use one tea bag or one teaspoon per cup and steep for 3–5 minutes.
Which Nutripop tea is best for winding down?
Chamomile is our gentlest, most calming blend. Mint and Jasmine Tea are also good choices for a quiet, unhurried moment.
Can Nutripop teas be served iced?

Is Nutrichef cling film microwave-safe?
Yes. Nutrichef Cling Film is microwave-safe to 110°C, so wrapped food can go from storage to reheating.
What temperature is Nutrichef baking paper rated for?
Nutrichef Parchment Paper has a double-sided non-stick silicone coating rated to 230°C, suitable for baking and roasting.
